Description of Changes Since the Healthy People 2020 Launch: 
This objective was moved from developmental to measurable in 2013. The original baseline data erroneously had standard errors associated with the percentages. The data for this indicator are for a census of eligible facilities, and standard errors are not available. In 2015, the standard errors were removed. The baseline and target for the objective did not change.
