MICH-15 Reduce the proportion of women of childbearing potential who have lower (below the 25th percentile) red blood cell folate concentrations

Baseline: 24.9 percent of nonpregnant females aged 15 to 44 years had lower (below the 25th percentile) red blood cell folate concentrations in 2007–10
Target: 22.4 percent
Target-Setting Method: 10 percent improvement
