IID-7.9 Achieve and maintain an effective coverage level of a birth dose of hepatitis B vaccine (0 to 3 days between birth date and date of vaccination, reported by annual birth cohort)

Baseline: 70.6 percent of the 2005 birth cohort received the first dose of hepatitis B vaccine within 3 days of birth based on National Immunization Survey data from 2010–12
Target: 85.0 percent
