Description of Resource: 
The Community Preventive Services Task Force recommends coordinated vaccination interventions in Vaccination interventions in Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) settings to increase vaccination rates in children. Vaccination interventions in WIC settings aim to assess the immunization status of participating infants and children and help them get recommended vaccinations. At a minimum, these interventions involve the periodic assessment of each child's immunization status and referral of underimmunized infants and children to vaccination providers as appropriate.
