Objective Clarification: Why is the decreased incidence for breast cancer limited to "late stage disease", unlike the decreasing the incidence of "invasive" disease, such as is used in other cancer objectives?

Status: Women after the age of 30 should be tested... the earlier it is caught, the better chances. That is why my mother just beat the disease!! Thank God!

Objective Clarification: How can we do this if the new mammogram age has been changed to 50 (from 40)? Although the risk of breast cancer increases with age, younger women do become diagnosed with breast cancer as well.

Objective Clarification: Decrease the incidence....by how much? What is the measurable percentage change that is the goal?

Objective Clarification: What is the definition of 'late-stage'...Will a certain 'stage' be assigned or collected?
