Description of Changes Since the Healthy People 2020 Launch

The original baseline was revised from 56.4 to 57.0 due to a revised programming error. The target was adjusted from 49.1 to 49.7 to reflect the revised baseline using the original target-setting method. The target was revised a second time from 49.7 to 49.6 due to a change in the rounding rules for target calculations of Minimal Statistical Significance.
