Description of Changes Since the Healthy People 2020 Launch

The original baseline was revised from 79.6 to 81.7 due to a revised programming error. The target was adjusted from 55.2 to 57.3 to reflect the revised baseline using the original target-setting method. The target was revised a second time from 57.3 to 56.8 due to a change in the rounding rules for target calculations of Minimal Statistical Significance.
