Description of Changes Since the Healthy People 2020 Launch

The original baseline and baseline year were revised from 15.4 to 17.2 and from 2006-08 to 2006-10, respectively. The target was adjusted from 16.9 to 18.9 to reflect the revised baseline using the original target-setting method.
