Description of Changes Since the Healthy People 2020 Launch

In 2012, the original baseline was revised from 30.1 to 30.2 per 1,000 due to data source methodology changes in sample adult weights. The target was adjusted from 33.1 to 33.2 per 1,000 to reflect the revised baseline using the original target-setting method.
